The 2025  German “3-Move” Open Tournament
Saturday,
August 16th  & Sunday, August 17th - Korbach, Germany - reported by Igor Martynov

August 16-17, the next Checkers German Open took place in Korbach. This tournament was preceded by another competition in Draughts 100. This time, only 6 local checkers players participated. Unfortunately, Nadiya Chyzhevska and Benard Odawo, who also currently live in Germany, did not come. In the absence of competition from foreign players, I dominated the championship and, having won all the games, confidently took first place. You can see the crosstable here: [https://results.fmjd.org/.../cross_table_acc_places&5.html](https://results.fmjd.org/.../cross_table_acc_places&5.html),
and with photos here: [https://www.dame100-korbach.de/ergebnisse/](https://www.dame100-korbach.de/ergebnisse/) .
Taking advantage of the opportunity, I visited in Willingen closed to Korbach the Skywalk - the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in Germany and the third longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the World.
